Who we are
Fondo ("we", "us") sells digital wallpaper packs through this website. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@fondosupply.com.
What we collect
- Your email address -- only if you choose to join our newsletter or request the free sampler.
- Order information -- when you buy a pack, the purchase is processed by our payment provider, Paddle. They collect your name, email and payment details to complete the sale. We receive a record of the sale, including your email address so we can send you your download, but not your full payment details.
How we use it, and our legal basis
- Newsletter -- to send you new-pack announcements and the free sampler. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Fulfilling your order -- to deliver the product you bought and provide support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Who we share it with
We only share data with the services that run the store:
- Paddle -- payment processing as merchant of record. See their privacy policy at paddle.com.
- Resend -- sends the email that delivers your download links after a purchase. They process your email address for that purpose only. See resend.com for their privacy terms.
- MailerLite -- if you sign up to our newsletter, to store your email address and send you updates. See mailerlite.com for their privacy terms.
- Cloudflare -- hosts and serves the website.
We do not sell your data to anyone.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The Paddle checkout may set its own cookies needed to process your payment -- see their policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your newsletter email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order records are kept by Paddle and by us for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@fondosupply.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
