These terms

By buying from Fondo ("we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase.

Who you're buying from

Purchases are sold and processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Their terms also apply to the transaction, and your card statement may show their name. Fondo owns and licenses the wallpapers themselves, covered below.

What you're buying

Each pack is a digital download -- a ZIP file of wallpaper images in various resolutions. Nothing physical is shipped.

Your licence

When you buy a pack, you get a personal licence to:

• Use the wallpapers on your own personal devices, as many of your own devices as you like.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sub-license or give away the files.
• Include them in any product, template or bundle offered to others.
• Claim authorship of the wallpapers.

We keep ownership and copyright of the wallpapers at all times.

Delivery

Your download is delivered instantly after payment, via the checkout and a confirmation email with a download link. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, you agree that delivery begins immediately at purchase and that, once you have downloaded a pack, your statutory 14-day right to cancel no longer applies.

That said, we want you happy: if a file is faulty, corrupt, or not as described, contact us at [your-contact-email] and we'll replace it or refund you. Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, copy or redistribute the store or its contents beyond your personal licence.

Liability

We provide the wallpapers "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
