Plenty of the ultrawide wallpapers floating around started life 16:9 and were pulled sideways to fit, which gives it away the moment there is a horizon or a circle in the frame. These are cropped out of a 5120 x 2880 original instead, so nothing is distorted.

3440 x 1440 is the usual 34-inch ultrawide resolution. If you are on a 3840 x 1600 or a 5120 x 1440 panel your desktop will scale this up to fit. The packs include the full 5K original, so you can crop that to your own panel instead.
